Tuned Image Sorter v69.6 / Stage 055 — privacy / local processing Summary: The application is intended for local processing of photo folders and sorting the output by recognized faces. What to explain to the user: 1. Source photos - The app reads the selected input folder. - Results are created in the selected output folder. - For a safe first check, use a small copied test folder. 2. Results - Main results are stored in people/final/review/reports inside the output folder. - Diagnostics and bug-report files may contain technical information about paths, runtime, errors and problem-file lists. - The support-bundle should not intentionally include source photos. 3. Cloud and network - The ordinary Start pipeline does not require uploading photos to the cloud. - GPU_FULL uses bundled CUDA runtime files. - GPU_LITE may perform runtime setup into the local user folder; this concerns runtime dependencies, not photo upload. 4. Sensitive photos - Do not use the only copy of important photos as the test input folder. - Review the output before sharing it with another person. - Delete the output folder if the result is no longer needed. Known non-blocking UX issue: After an ordinary Start run, the reports folder may not open automatically. Use the UI buttons for opening the result/reports. This does not change processing results. What did not change: ML/recognition, clustering, ordinary Start pipeline, apply-names, schemas, result-health, support-bundle and GPU Lite runtime setup logic are unchanged.
