Tuned Image Sorter v69.6 — one-page quick start ============================================ A normal user should run only: TunedImageSorter.exe Minimal order: 1. Extract the ZIP into a normal folder; do not run from inside the archive. 2. Run TunedImageSorter.exe. 3. Choose input — the source photo folder. 4. Choose output — a separate result folder outside input. 5. Run Environment check. 6. Run Quick test on 20–50 photos. 7. If the quick test looks correct, use Start for the whole folder. 8. After completion, check people/review/final, reports and diagnostics. CPU or GPU: CPU portable is the most compatible option. GPU portable is faster on large folders; it needs an NVIDIA GPU and a current NVIDIA driver. CUDA Toolkit, cuDNN installer, Python and pip are not required on the user's computer. Do not: - Do not place output inside input. - Do not remove _internal. - Do not remove _internal\nvidia in the GPU package. - Do not use apply-names instead of ordinary Start for the first sorting run. If Windows SmartScreen warns: More info -> Run anyway. This is expected for an unsigned portable exe. If something goes wrong: 1. Open ERRORS_EN.txt. 2. Open TROUBLESHOOTING_EN.txt. 3. In the GUI, open Status / errors and Diagnostics / Support. 4. To check a result folder, use: TunedImageSorter_CLI.exe --result-health --output 5. To send diagnostics, use: TunedImageSorter_CLI.exe --support-bundle --output Short file map: START_HERE_EN.txt — where to begin. QUICK_START_EN.txt — this one-page guide. FIRST_RUN_EN.txt — detailed first run. ERRORS_EN.txt — human-readable errors. TROUBLESHOOTING_EN.txt — what to do for common problems. README_EN.txt — full package README. v69.6 / Stage 055 adds friend-ready quick start and troubleshooting docs without changing ML/pipeline/schema/CSV/project.json/CPU-GPU split. Before sharing the build with another person, open RC_CHECKLIST_EN.txt and RELEASE_GATE_EN.txt.
